National Pet ID Week (14th – 20th April)

  • Activities:During National Pet ID Week, pet owners are encouraged to ensure their pets have proper identification, such as ID tags, microchips, and GPS trackers. 
  • How to Observe:
    • ID Tags: Ensure your pet’s ID tag includes your name, phone number, address, and any relevant medical information. 
    • Microchips: Microchips are a tiny implant that contains a unique ID number, contact your vet if your pet is not already Microchipped. 
    • GPS Trackers: GPS trackers can be attached to your pet’s collar to track their location in case they go missing.
